Trained as a lawyer, Stéphanie began her career within the HR department of a major multi-service group, where she gained solid experience in occupational risk management. She subsequently worked as a manager for an HR consulting firm, leading transformation and optimisation projects. At Selescope, her role is to support investment funds and their portfolio companies in the recruitment of strategic profiles and the evaluation of senior executives.
