Damien LEBLOND

Founding partner, Damien carries with him from his years as a helicopter pilot in the French Navy a drive to help others succeed and a talent for guiding teams toward their goals. In that demanding environment, he developed a deep understanding of human factors, their complexity, and their direct impact on organizational performance. He later chose to bring this expertise into the business world—first serving the clients of a major recruitment and assessment consultancy, a leader in France and Europe, and later on behalf of Selescope, which he co-founded in 2007.
